B L Bengani, popularly known as B L Jain, who had excitant track record of success in the plywood and panel trade and Industry, is once again coming back in the plywood market soon, according to the Ply Reporter sources. It is learnt that Mr B L Jain is currently commissioning a plant in Chennai for an innovative product - Wood and Polymer Composite board. Unconfirmed report says that the proposed panel product is an alternate and replacement of plywood for all wood work and joinery application with some additional features.
The Ply Reporter tried to contact Mr B L Jain for his comments about the project when its Editor -in- Chief Pragat Dwivedi was in Chennai recently. It is to mentioning that Mr B L Bengani is the founder of well known plywood company Uniply Industries Limited, which he divested about three years ago, and still enjoy high respect in plywood and panel trade and Industry.
Sources say that Mr. Jain is setting up modern state of art manufacturing facility for WPC and expect to start commercial production in the beginning of Financial Year 2019-20. Hopefully, he will soon be seen in the trade once again.
