All India MDF Manufacturers Association has mutually decided to increase the price of MDF by 6 percent effective from 10th October in a recent meeting attended by the leading MDF manufacturers across the country.
The meeting was attended by MDF producers such as Mr Amit Goel from Crosta Panels, Mr Rajiv Daga, ArchidPanel, Mr Ajay Garg, E3 group, Mr Vineet Singla, Archit Nuwood, Mr Sekhar Chand Sati, Infra Market, Mr Lalit Gupta, Pioneer Panels, Mr Aman Garg, Metro Group, Mr Harsh and Mr Praveen from Trinox Laminate, Mr Rishabh Gupta, Prominent Fibres, Mr Aditya Garg, Adlerwud, Mr Abhinav, Signature Panel and Mr Ujjwal, Birmi Group.
The decision to increase the MDF prices was taken in the wake of prolonged scarcity of Timber; the stakeholders present in the meeting expected that the other industry players would also follow suit in order to compensate for the high manufacturing cost of MDF borne by the manufacturers in such trying circumstances.
The stakeholders also showed their concern about payment terms and defaulters party list.The office bearers of newly formed All India MDF Manufacturers Association will take further action in this regard with consultantation of members.
