A successful High-Pressure Laminates brand, Advance Laminates is entering into PVC LAMINATE manufacturing with a promise to bring some unique and never before seen design patterns that no-one till now has offered. The company is going to set up their manufacturing facility in NCR region, which will be capable of producing 60,000 sheets per month. The company is going to set up state-of- the-art manufacturing line with modern machines for making good quality products.
Mr. Subash Salhotra, Managing Director of the company says to the Ply Reporter, “The installation of machines and other civil work are going on with full swing. The commercial production is expected to being by the end of the quarter, and we will launch our PVC laminates in the market by April 2019.”
Asking about the diversification in PVC laminates manufacturing, Mr. Salhotra says, “It was a natural progression into this industry as client base is same and we thought we can cater this product pan India through our 60 distributors in Advance Laminates range. “We have also expanded our High Pressure Laminate manufacturing capacity to 4 lakhs sheets per month from 2.5 lakhs sheet. Our laminate brand has reached to entire India market, and we are consistently expanding our network due to high quality products and exclusive designs.” It is noted that Advance laminates group has been into wood panel products manufacturing since more than 2 decades, and known for production high quality film faced shuttering plywood, commercial plywoods, boards and doors. They are also expanding their plywood production capacity by putting new machines this year.
