The industry and trade doubt another shadow of a slowdown in demand, and it has been expected that decreasing demand due to the shutdown of retail shops where the number of Covid positive cases increasing.

The Ply Reporter correspondent talked to a number of trade people located in Jaipur, Kota, Jodhpur, Badmer etc and they have confirmed that they have to serve the demand of shuttering plywood, timber, and other wood panel products to building construction sites and furniture manufacturing with maintaining all safety norms.
Trade people say that they have shut their shops and follow the government's instruction of Curfew at the same time they unload the materials and supply to different working sites as per demand. Trade People also say that this demand is helping some business but they miss walking customers demand. They hope that the situation will be normal very soon and curfew imposition is a welcome move of the government and everyone should follow safety norms.
